Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has been leading the way over the last decade by channelling additional resources geared towards a robust power and water network in Dubai, while at the same time coming up with ingenious ways to boost overall customer experience. DEWA is organising the 21st Water, Energy, Technology, and Environment Exhibition (WETEX), which will be held from 21-23 October 2019 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre
The emirate had set a target two years ago to generate seven percent of its energy from clean sources and 25 percent by 2030. In 2018 this was further expanded to reach 75 percent by 2050.
