Oman Power and Water Procurement Company (OPWP) has issued requests for proposal (RFPs) to interested bidders for project management and supervisory consultancy services for Manah I and Manah II solar PV projects.

These projects, set up in the Governorate of A’Dakhiliyah on a 15 million sq m area, will jointly produce 1,000MW solar power, making them the largest solar panel projects in Oman with over two million solar panels installed.

The winning consultant will provide PMC and supervisory consultancy services during the construction, commissioning, and testing phase of the renewable project.

The entire project is due for commercial operations by mid-2025, with work on the stations commencing in Q3 this year.

The deadline for submitting the tenders is June 11.
