NWC expands wastewater plant in Taif
Saudi Arabian firm lifts capacity by 80,000 m3/d to 147,000 m3/d.
Saudi Arabia’s National Water Company (NWC) has completed a project to expand a water treatment plant in the northern province of Taif.
The project to lift the capacity of the plant to 147,000 cubic meters per day (m3/d) from 67,000 m3/d cost SAR 167mn.
The plant produces treated non-potable water to meet municipal, agricultural and industrial needs in Taif.
