Empower reopens JBR customer service centre

Revamped office offers enhanced services to residents of beach front community.

Empower has reopened its customer service centre with enhanced facilities at the Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) in Dubai.

The revamped facility will enable the company to reach out to larger number of its customers from wider geographical areas.

Located in the Murjan 1 building of JBR, the centre offers various services including registration, bill enquiries and payment, and complaints resolution for up to 150 customers per day.

This is the 4th facility of its kind, after similar centres in Al Hudaiba Awards Buildings, Business Bay and Jumeirah Lakes Towers.

"Empower 's district cooling plant at JBR is one of our first facilities, established about a decade ago. Since then, we have expanded to cover other parts of Dubai, delivering services to more iconic projects and developments,” Ahmad Bin Shafar, CEO of Empower.

“We still consider our JBR project as an important facet of our portfolio, and widening the scope of our services to the community is always a key priority.”

Jumeirah Beach Residence is a 1.7 kilometre long, waterfront community in Dubai consisting of 40 towers as well as five hotels. Empower currently supplies district cooling services to all 40 towers of JBR, serving 7,000 residences, commercial units and hotels.

"Since providing utilities is a daily necessity, Empower's new JBR Customer Service Centre will be essential for residents, businesses and commercial entities to live and work," said Bin Shafar.

"We have expanded and improved our services in this branch, because providing valuable assistance to our customers is essential to developing the human face of our company."

Empower currently operates more than 1,000,000 RT portfolio and it provides environmentally responsible district cooling services to large-scale real estate developments.
