Al-Futtaim wins FEWA maintenance contract
Dubai-based company will service HVAC units above five tons.
Al-Futtaim Engineering’s facilities management division has won a contract from the Federal Electricity and Water Authority (FEWA) for annual maintenance of its HVAC units.
The two year contract will see the Al-Futtaim company maintain FEWA’s units above five tons across its various offices and sites including commercial offices, power plants, desalination plants, MEP Plants, main stations, sub stations and pumping stations.
The company did not reveal the precise value of the deal except to say it was “multi-million dirham contract”.
Subramanya Rao, divisional manager – facilities management at Al-Futtaim Engineering said: “We would like to thank FEWA for awarding us this contract and thereby recognizing the quality of our services.

Headquartered in Dubai, Al-Futtaim Engineering’s Facilities management division has worked on projects including Ministry of Education, Government of Sharjah, American University of Sharjah, Ministry of Public works, EPPCO, Dubai Municipality, dnata, Emirates Aluminum, Dubai Islamic Bank, First Gulf Bank and ADCB amongst others.
