Oman's EHC to host knowledge sharing conference
Speakers will provide insights on industry's best practices
The Electricity Holding Group (EHC) will be hosting their first Knowledge Sharing Conference between 1 - 2 December 2013 at Intercontinental Hotel, Muscat. EHC plans to hold this conference on an annual basis as part of its key activities to encourage knowledge and best practice sharing to enhance business performance, promote innovation and develop technical and human resources capabilities to improve the quality of service delivery across the Group.
EHC is a group of ten companies engaged in the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity and related water services in Oman. The EHC Group of companies include: Electricity Holding Company, Majan Electricity Company, Mazoon Electricity Company, Muscat Electricity Distribution Company, Oman Electricity Transmission Company, Oman Power and Water Procurement Company, Rural Areas Electricity Company, WadiJizzi Power Company SAOC, Al Ghubra Power & Desalination Company SAOC and Dhofar Power Company SAOG.

EHC has appointed IQPC Middle East and Global Exhibitions and Conferences to manage and coordinate the conference this year. The conference will include over 350 EHC group staff who will be attending and presenting papers that showcases their experiences and case studies with a focus on human resources, customer services, asset management, HSE, CSR and communications. Additionally, the conference will feature high-profile local and international speakers that will provide further insights and industry’s best practices.
