Fluid systems firm embarks on major Gulf expansion
Swagelok expands sales and service teams in five local states
Fluid systems technology designer Swagelok has expanded its sales and service teams by announcing five new sales and support partnerships in the Gulf region.
The representatives include Abu Dhabi Oilfield Services (United Arab Emirates); Asharq Masaood International Company (Republic of Yemen); Petroleum Technology Company (Qatar); Purshottam Kanji Trading Company (Oman); and Supply & Project Services, a division of Dar Al Riyadh Holding Company (Saudi Arabia).
Each will represent Swagelok services and components in their respective countries.
The five companies are authorised representatives of Creximico, which has served as the Swagelok sales and service centre in the Gulf since 1972.
“The installation of these exclusive representatives allows us to better serve our growing customer base in the oil and gas and chemical/petrochemical industries. They will help deliver the exceptional local sales experience our customers have come to expect,” said Gretchen Snyder, president, Creximco, Inc.
Each company will provide onsite technical assistance and training to local clients, with global coordination coming from Swagelok’s new corporate office in Dubai.
“Our customers in the region are growing and asking us for more products and support,” said Simon Cooke, Swagelok regional director, Middle East and Africa.
“I am proud of the partners we have chosen and know that their technical and regional experience will bring additional value to our products and customers.”
