Emrill, the facilities management company based in the UAE, has launched a new energy management firm – Emrill Energy – together with Crowley Carbon and CES. The partnership will see the group offer consultancy, design, installation and monitoring services aimed at reducing buildings and premised environmental impact, together with a reduction in costs.

“We identified the incredible potential buildings and premises have to minimise their impact on the environment and achieve cost savings. Emrill Energy allows us to take our commitment to sustainability further and lead the green revolution through facilities management by providing the most technologically advanced and effective solutions across the UAE,” said Emrill managing director Ben Churchill.

The firm says that it has the capacity to “measure, analyse, design and implement tailored solutions to produce savings of up to 40% for buildings and developments.”

Crowley Carbon chairman, Norman Crowley, says, “Energy efficiency is a global concern and we are delighted to have found the right partnership with Emrill and CES. Emrill Energy’s unique service provides tailor made energy management solutions with an extensive product portfolio from different vendors to ensure the best fit and combination for each specific client’s requirements and objectives, to maximise energy efficiency.”
