Iran to raise power export to Iraq

Export capacity to rise from 800MW to 1,250MW

A recent agreement has seen Iran raise its electric power supply to Iraq to 1,250 megawatts.
According to the Mehr News Agency, the Majid Namho, Iran’s energy minister, told a meeting that the country’s current export to Iraq was estimated at 800 megawatts, and would rise to 1,250 following a recent decision by both countries.
