Tunisia and France have signed an agreement for the development and rational use of renewable energies, ANSA has reported.

The agreement concerns the sector of Tunisian solar plans and Mediterranean solar plans, aiming to set up institutional and technical cooperation in light of the implementation of projects in the renewable energies sector.

The report also stated that on the institutional level, the two countries are to identify available opportunities in the context of financial engineering for the implementation of energy projects.
