Iran is to reveal the location of ten planned uranium enrichment plants soon, according to the state-run Fars News agency.
The planned uranium enrichment plants are part of Iran’s ambition to build a total of twenty nuclear plants for civilian use, according to the Fars website.
"As regards the cabinet approval for building ten new enrichment sites in locations where they enjoy (elements of) natural civil defense, a number of measures have been adopted and the location of some of these sites will be announced gradually," the deputy head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), Massoud Akhavan, is quoted.
Iran plans to establish a civilian nuclear programe to meet the countries growing demand for energy and reduce the need for fossil fuel, says Fars.
