Saudi and China will sign nuclear pact

The Saudi Arabian government has announced that it will sign a nuclear cooperation agreement with China, after authorizing Hashim Yamani, president of the King Abdullah City for Nuclear and Renewable Energy to hold talks with Chinese officials.

According to a report by the Arab News, the agreement will allow the two countries to cooperate in production, use and transfer of knowledge in the peaceful use of nuclear energy.
