Renewable energy firm locates in Dubai

Continuing the Emirate’s bid to become a global hub for sustainability, alternative energy and smart grid enabler Rubenius has located in Dubai.

The Foreign Investment Office, the investment promotion arm of the Department of Economic Development assisted the company during the process. His Excellency Fahd Al Gergawi, CEO of Dubai FDI, said that the company had made a strategic choice by reaching out to its key markets from Dubai, commenting: “Energy efficient and clean technologies are fast moving up the priority lists workdwise. Dubai and the UAE are embracing and advocating smart energy choices.”

He continued: “Rubenius choosing Dubai as the ideal platform to develop and export its capabilities means Dubai is acquiring new competencies and the capacity to being strategic investments to other countries, while being a preferred investment destination.”
