‘Be Water Wise – Every Drop of Water Counts’ is the message from the world’s largest liquid natural gas producer, Qatargas.

As part of its water conservation campaign, the company has been attending this year’s Qatar Petroleum Environment Fair in Doha, offering visitors useful tips on water conservation with a demonstration filtration system highlighting the need for responsible management of water resources.

Toufik Benmosbah, chief operating officer, safety, environment and quality at Qatargas, said: "Our pavilion at this year’s fair has been designed to highlight the importance of responsible water use and its conservation for future generations."

He continued: "At Qatargas, improving our operations to minimise environmental impact remains a top priority, and therefore we are committed to meeting or exceeding the most stringent government regulatory standards, and promotion of environmentally friendly practices.”
