In a bid to ensure that Kuwaiti people have "the best", Sheikh Ahmed Al-Fahad Al-Sabah, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and Minister of State for Development and Housing, announced that the government will consider requests to waive utility bills, including water, power and telephone services.
